Portfolio PictureOur portfolio has 20 designs that range from 700 to 2,400 square feet. They have from one to four bedrooms and mostly grew out of the New England vernacular. Generally they have more open plans than traditional houses and somewhat more glass.

In the portfolio, there are two pages describing each design plus eight pages of general overview (total 48 pages). Some of the houses have photographs and some three-dimensional exterior and interior views. All have small scale plans and site diagrams.

Full working drawings can be purchased for $725 U.S.

The cost of the portfolio is $20 including postage in the U.S. and Canada. For overseas air mail rates, add $5 U.S. to your order. Order the portfolio here.



Q: Do you sell the floor plans for these houses?
A: Yes. We sell the full working drawings for $725 U.S. Additional sets can be purchased for $35 a set.


Q: Can we hire you to make changes to the floor plans?
A: At this time we're recommending that you seek an architect or builder in your area to help with modifications.


Q. Are there more than five houses in the portfolio?
A: Yes. There are twenty houses in total.


Q. What is the square footage of these houses?
A: Between 700-2400 square feet, with most in the 1500 square feet range.
